Inside the COMPLEX SKILL you will find all the exercises you will need for 9 skills divided into three times a week for the duration of 3/6 months (it always depends on the level or difficulty of the athlete). You will find 3 progressions per skill.
The schedule is in PDF, plus you will find a free schedule with various mobility exercises that I perform myself before going to bed.
